My New Love For Jade Rolling

Jade Rolling is definitely on the rise!! There are so many people talking about this little gadget. My first time seeing it was while watching one of my favorite beauty bloggers. After seeing her glide it across her cheek bones and temples, I just had to know more about this beauty. Shortly after that, I heard Alicia Keys rave about it. Her skin is naturally FLAWLESS!!!! I wanted in on the secret to young and vibrant skin. I just had to give it a try.

I must say, it has been one of my favorite additions to my skin care regime. I'm obsessed with it actually. The Jade Roller has help with the appearance of under eye circles and puffiness, reduced the appearance of fine lines, and it has also help penetrate my favorite skin care products deeper within my skin.

The rolling of the stone across your face also helps with lymphatic drainage. I use my Jade Roller twice daily. I use it in the morning after cleansing my face, and also at night with my night serum before going to bed. I truly see and feel a difference.

Storing my Jade Roller in the fridge is the best thing. It cools and calms my skin before going to bed. I've notice that after using it before bed, I'm more relaxed and less stressed. This is 44...........The Self-Love Era!

This past July 30th, I celebrated my 44th birthday. I swear, once I turned 35, these birthdays started coming around fast as hell. But I thank the most high for allowing me to see them all. Giving me the opportunity to be here for my beautiful children, as well as my family and close friends. A part of my brand is encouraging self-love and improvement. Daily I strive to evaluate myself inside and out, as well as where I am in life. After much reflecting, there is a lot that I'm truly proud and grateful for. But there's also things that I must continue to work on daily to enhance my inner being. While there's room for improvement, I also thank my current self for becoming the woman I currently am. I will continue to celebrate all wins in life no matter how big or small. This past year was filled with so many small wins that I've prayed for a long time.
