The best love is self love. I'm at a point in my life where I'm Loving every single thing about myself. Accepting all things that completes me and makes me whole. Loving where I am at this day and time.

It is never too late to act on the dreams that you have. It may seem like things are moving slowly getting to the point where you want to be. And others may be surpassing you on your journey. But know and trust that things will be ok. Continue to grow. Continue to move to that finish line. So much time and hard work was put into creating something for yourself. DONT YOU DARE GIVE UP!

The day that you give up, could be the day that you're one day away from succeeding. The opportunity could be missed in reaching your dreams. Please don't throw it away.

Stop spending time thinking about failing. Focus more on the things that make things work. Train your thought process by focusing on the end results. If you get tired, take a break instead of quitting. We all have our own timeline. Never be in a rush to see who gets there first. Slow is better than still. Know that you’re good enough! Know that you are worth it .

Continue to press forward! When times get hard..... keep going! The end result is always worth the struggle. 💕

This is 44...........The Self-Love Era!

This past July 30th, I celebrated my 44th birthday. I swear, once I turned 35, these birthdays started coming around fast as hell. But I thank the most high for allowing me to see them all. Giving me the opportunity to be here for my beautiful children, as well as my family and close friends. A part of my brand is encouraging self-love and improvement. Daily I strive to evaluate myself inside and out, as well as where I am in life. After much reflecting, there is a lot that I'm truly proud and grateful for. But there's also things that I must continue to work on daily to enhance my inner being. While there's room for improvement, I also thank my current self for becoming the woman I currently am. I will continue to celebrate all wins in life no matter how big or small. This past year was filled with so many small wins that I've prayed for a long time. We owe it to ourselves to acknowledge and celebrate those wins too. 44 is my era of self-love, my healing of progress
