It's My Time 2022!


I know I'm late guys, but HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

I've been M-I-A the past few months. Life events had me stretched in every direction. I logged on this am and noticed that my last blog post was in November! November....really!!! So much time can pass by so quickly. 

With the passing of my ex-husband/children father, my main focus has been being there for them physically and emotionally. Our lives changed in a matter of seconds, but we've been getting through it together as a family. Although everyone misses him dearly, each day it gets a little easier to deal with. Out of sight, yes. But definitely not outta mind. Jordyn and Jalen are able to talk and reminisce about their good times with their Dad. The laughter from those conversation soothes my soul. Things are much better now. Life, well it has to go on. 




2022........It's my time! 


I'm here to claim everything that is deserving for me and my hard work. What was learned last year will be applied this year. New goals has been set for Life&Glamour as well as personal goals to strive for. Each year I ask myself, how and what can I do for improvement? There is always room for growth. A rule that I live by, never put off something that you can do today for tomorrow. We all should wake up daily with the mindset of being a better version of ourselves. We know what we want to change within. Now is the time to get the courage to do something about it. This year, lets stop making excuses. 

2022 will definitely be a year of continued growth and joy for me. I will embrace my lessons and learn from anything challenging. It's go time baby! I'm hitting the ground running!

This is 44...........The Self-Love Era!

 This past July 30th, I celebrated my 44th birthday. I swear, once I turned 35, these birthdays started coming around fast as hell. But I thank the most high for allowing me to see them all. Giving me the opportunity to be here for my beautiful children, as well as my family and close friends.  A part of my brand is encouraging self-love and improvement. Daily I strive to evaluate myself inside and out, as well as where I am in life. After much reflecting, there is a lot that I'm truly proud and grateful for. But there's also things that I must continue to work on daily to enhance my inner being. While there's room for improvement, I also thank my current self for becoming the woman I currently am. I will continue to celebrate all wins in life no matter how big or small. This past year was filled with so many small wins that I've prayed for a long time.
