Summer Date Night Look



Every woman has gone through being anxious about what to wear for a date. Being in a long distance relationship, my date nights are limited. So when Tay and I are finally together, I definitely take advantage of those nights and moments. What girl doesn't want to look good for their man? The key for me is to look amazing the times we're together, for him to want to see me more when were apart. 


Were in full summer mode right now. Although Summer isn't officially here yet, the weather is extremely warm. Whether he and I are headed out for dinner, a movie, brunch, or just for coffee, I love keeping things simple and pretty. During these summer days and nights, a floral dress seems to be my go to look for date nights nowadays. I've never really been a floral print lover, but within the past few months, it has really grown on me. Depending on the date, I tend to dress the print up with wedges, or dress it down with sneakers or flats. To polish the look, i accessorize with cute earrings and a small purse or clutch.

This is 44...........The Self-Love Era!

 This past July 30th, I celebrated my 44th birthday. I swear, once I turned 35, these birthdays started coming around fast as hell. But I thank the most high for allowing me to see them all. Giving me the opportunity to be here for my beautiful children, as well as my family and close friends.  A part of my brand is encouraging self-love and improvement. Daily I strive to evaluate myself inside and out, as well as where I am in life. After much reflecting, there is a lot that I'm truly proud and grateful for. But there's also things that I must continue to work on daily to enhance my inner being. While there's room for improvement, I also thank my current self for becoming the woman I currently am. I will continue to celebrate all wins in life no matter how big or small. This past year was filled with so many small wins that I've prayed for a long time.
