Learning how to stay positive while the world is going to shit around us.
We're living in a very trying time right now. Dealing with Covid-19 for almost a year now, on top of dealing with political issues, racism, and the deaths of our love ones has really taken a toll on our mental health. We can't change the things that are happening to and around us. But we CAN control our response and attitudes regarding things. Focusing on the positives in our daily lives is a must. Even the little things around us makes a huge difference.
Start thinking of yourself as a positive person. Kick back all negative thoughts. Focus more on positive outcomes. THINK FIRST, THEN REACT!!! I can't express this one enough. It's a total game changer.
The most important thing...............be the best/positive version of yourself. Start practicing more Self Care. Talk to yourself daily. Start and end your day by journaling all of the positives of your day. By paying attention to your daily positives, your way of thinking will definitely change for the best.
Below are some of my favorite Affirmations to get me thru trying times. Every morning while getting dressed I speak life into myself. I start and end each day with what I call, "Talk with D". I hope you all benefit from them as well!
