     I haven't done so in a while, but today I want to share my favorite summer and holiday desert with you! My famous strawberry punch bowl cake. For those who don't know, my kitchen is my happy place. Cooking is another hobby of mine. I don't mean to toot my own horn, but I put it down in the kitchen guys. DIY AMAZON STORAGE CART I received so many compliments and questions on my DIY makeup storage cart purchased thru Amazon, that I just had to share it with you guys. Okay guys!!!!! I can officially call myself a plant mom. It took a lot of trial, era, and research, but I'm here. In the past I would harm every single plant given and bought. You know its bad if I've harmed a peace Lilly (I don't like to say kill). They require the least amount of work. I thought everyone around me had green thumbs but me. I was so jealous of my Dad's massive green thumbs. His garden is simply amazing. The way he bring things to life is truly envious. The only plants that I was really good with were my African violets located in my kitchen window. I've had them for almost 5 years now. They are so big and full of life.   July is finally here! Hello Birthday month!!!! I wish things were a lot different. I'm definitely needing a change of scenery and a much needed vacay. What is the summer and my birthday without beaches and family/friend gatherings??!!  We are now entering our 4th month of social distancing and quarantine. I actually thought this COVID-19 situation would have died down a lot by now, but some are just NOT doing what is asked of them for us to curve this virus. My family and I have become experts at this social distancing thing. And I must say, we have truly been enjoying our togetherness. Covid-19 has made us much closer as a family. We have come up with so many bonding activities that we have truly enjoyed while keeping our minds off of things. Don't get me wrong, we truly miss getting together with our favorite friends and love ones, but it's a sacrifice that's much needed for the betterment of our community and our health....
