Happy Friday Loves!!! Labor Day weekend has finally arrived. And guess whattttttt.....it's also Favorite Things Friday!! My favorite go to for my morning picker upper is The Donut Shop Nutty Caramel coffee. I   MUST   have it before leaving my house every morning. I'm definitely not a morning person. My coworkers know to give me at least a hour to myself if I walk thru the door before having my first cup. The Keurig nutty caramel is sooooo delish. Its smooth caramel taste, with a hint of nut is amazing. I like to mix it with the Coffee Mate butter pecan creamer......TO DIE FOR. It's like having my own little coffee shop at home.

Happy Sunday Friends!!  Today has been one of those relaxed and low key kind of days. A wonderful way to end a busy week. I wanted to go to my happy place right quick........ Natural Beauty      For the past 4 months now, I've been using the baking soda and apple cider vinegar mask. And I must say....It has worked wonders for my skin.      If you're like me, after a long and stressful day at work, you want nothing but to come home and soak away the anxiety and stress of your day. Over time I've developed a routine that I follow on these particular days, that really helps my body relax and calm down for a good night of sleep. After dinner, I go in my bedroom and light my lavender and chamomile candles. Lavender and Chamomile is great at getting us in the mood to sleep.  Lavender is also good for those that suffer with anxiety.       I'm absolutely obsessed with ULTA. The one place that i can shop all of the highs and lows of cosmetics in one Store---the ability to buy Urban Decay and Revlon under one roof. I can spend hours browsing. Whenever i go in, i like to swatch new foundation, shadows, and bronzers. Hi guys!!! I wanted to take the time to share one of my favorite recipes with you all. Tonight I made unstuffed cabbage. Its simple and quick, and my kids absolutely love it!! Its actually the only veggie dish that they insist on me making. 😊 Ingredients Head of Cabbage Italian ground turkey or ground beef half of onion 2 cans of stewed tomatoes 1 can of tomato paste 2 cans of water onion powder seasoning salt pepper red onion parsley 1. In a huge pot or skillet, brown your turkey or ground beef. (just like you would do to make spaghetti) 2. While your meat is browning, slice and wash your head of cabbage. 3. After meat is completely cooked, add the cabbage to meat. (If you decided to use ground beef, drain the meat before adding the cabbage). 4. Slice onion and add on top of cabbage 5. Pour in both cans of stewed tomatoes and tomato paste 6. after pouring in the cans of tomatoes, use one can to pour in two cans of water 7. season the mixture with the above i...

Never let someone else perspective of you define you. There are many attributes to a successful relationship. But one must know, there's no such thing as a perfect one. There are ups and downs. You must find that person that's worthy enough to tackle life with.  In a good relationship you pick your arguments. Every indifference isn't worthy enough for debate. It's finding that special one, and not giving up when things aren't ideal.  Great relationships  aren't great because they lack problems.  A great relationship consist of two imperfect individuals that love and care for each other so much that they ALWAYS find a way to make it work. A great relationship is when you can be both lovers and friends. Its being able to physically talk to each other during the difficult times, and hearing each other out.  Many relationships fail when couples fight with pride more than they work with Love. Anyone that knows me.... know my love for food. Which is exactly why I gotta stay on top of my gym game. I was fortunate enough to take my parents last night to one of my favorite restaurants in the heart of the Vista, The Liberty Tavern. My bestie put me on to it a few years ago. Its easy to hold on to grudges after someone has truly hurt or wronged you in any fashion. But the resentment we have for those individuals, does more harm to us than good.  Holding resentment bounds us to the person or condition. It becomes toxic to our inner peace, and actually holds us back from receiving our blessings.  Holding on to a grudge makes us bitter and causes much unwanted stress. What do we truly gain from it??? NOTHING!! FORGIVE AND FORGET!!! Forgiving them doesn't mean you trust them. Forgiving is giving you the opportunity of actually moving on with your life.  The power of forgiving sets you free.  Forgiving acknowledges your faith IN HIS PLAN. Grudges are a waste of our precious time.
