Daily Glow Up!!! My Skincare Routine




I’m a firm believer in proper skin care. I’ve gotten so many inboxes and questions about my skin care regime, so I’ve decided to share. Well here it is from left to right.
 
  1. I cleanse daily and nightly with Youth to the People Kale and Green tea cleanser. This age prevention cleanser gives a deep cleanse without drying me out. I love the fact that all of their products are organic. We all Juice cleanse daily for healthier bodies. Why not juice cleanse your face? The cleanser is a excellent antioxidant. I immediately saw a difference after my first use.
 
 
2. I tone my skin with pearl essence  aloe and rose water. Simply spray it all over your face and neck. This process prepares the skin for treatments. 
 
3. Next I use the pearl essence radiance perfecting serum. This serum evens out your complexion while brightening and highlighting. It Absorbs quickly.
 
4. Apply the Lancôme sunscreen for protection. 
 
5. The Lancôme renergie eye lift cream. I use this to tighten possible bags under and above the eye area. 
 
 6. And last but not least. My all time fave, Youth to the People Maqui & Açaí Prickly Pear. Y’all, this light facial oil is the TRUTH!!!  And the scent is AMAZING!! It’s good for all skin types. It leaves your skin super hydrated, soft,  and gives a glow from the Gods.  It can be applied before makeup or after for a radiant glow. 
 
 
7.  At night I brush black Castor oil into my eyebrows and eye lashes to grow them more fuller and thicker.

You can find all Youth to the People products at Sephora or on Youth to the People website. The 8oz cleanser is $36. The Maqui & Açaí Prickly Pear is around $42.
 
I also think you can get the Lancôme products at Sephora too. However, I get mine from Belk. The Rénergie Lift Multi-Action Eye Lifting and Firming Eye Cream is $75. And the Rénergie Lift Multi-Action Lifting and Firming Moisturizing Day Cream SPF 15 is $119. I try to go in when they have their buy a Lancôme product for $45 and get a free gift set. This is 44...........The Self-Love Era!

 This past July 30th, I celebrated my 44th birthday. I swear, once I turned 35, these birthdays started coming around fast as hell. But I thank the most high for allowing me to see them all. Giving me the opportunity to be here for my beautiful children, as well as my family and close friends.  A part of my brand is encouraging self-love and improvement. Daily I strive to evaluate myself inside and out, as well as where I am in life. After much reflecting, there is a lot that I'm truly proud and grateful for. But there's also things that I must continue to work on daily to enhance my inner being. While there's room for improvement, I also thank my current self for becoming the woman I currently am. I will continue to celebrate all wins in life no matter how big or small. This past year was filled with so many small wins that I've prayed for a long time. We owe it to ourselves to acknowledge and celebrate those wins too. 44 is my era of self-love, my healing of progress ...

RH Rooftop Restaurant Birthday Celebration

This past weekend I celebrated my 44th birthday with close family and friends. My birthday isn't until July 30, (LEO GANG) but due to me being out of town then, I wanted to pre-celebrate with them before leaving. I've heard so much about RH that I just had to see what all the fuss was about. RH Charlotte is a luxury home furnishing store located in South Park's Phillips Place shopping center, with a rooftop restaurant and wine bar.  RH Rooftop was such a vibe!! The ambiance and staff were great. Walking thru the doors on the first floor was such a dramatic entrance. There's 14ft high ceilings with chandeliers and a golden stairwell that leads up to the second and third floors. But of course, I came cute, so your girl took the elevators instead! RH rooftop restaurant is located on the third floor. This restaurant is so glamorous. It's a luxurious greenhouse filled with beautiful waterfalls, chandeliers, and marble tabletops. The restaurant is opened all day for break...
