Tired of feeling tired, sluggish, and having a lack of energy? Are you tired of stomach bloat, being over weight, headaches, and acid reflux?
Stress alone has damaging effects on our bodies. It contributes to our unhealthy eating choices. Or if you’re anything like me, stress contributes to my lack of eating. Start taking steps now to a better and healthier lifestyle. Everything can’t happened over night. These little changes can really make a difference.It’s amazing how just by elimating some of the unhealthy foods we intake, can make us feel better and uplift our spirits.
Starting Tuesday September 4, 2018, my 27 day healthy intake challenge begins. Accept the challenge by trying your best at eating healthier for all meals. Your body will thank you for eating a variety of food that include fresh fruit and veggies, and lean proteins. Keep moderate portions and stop when you feel full. The challenge will increase your energy levels, reduce bloating and acid reflux, and maintain a healthy weight.
